Sehr schöne Unterkunft, fast alles da was man braucht.
Ein paar Haken in den Bädern wären nicht schlecht und ein Abtretter vor der Wohnungstür.
Bei der Beschreibung der Ausstattung könnte man noch die Matratzengröße angeben, wegen der Bettlaken-falls keine Bettwäsche mit gebucht wird wäre das sehr hilfreich.
Ansonsten jederzeit gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne FEWO ,tolle Lage , Fahrradverleih und Bäcker 3 min.zu Fuß
Bitte unbedingt den Mieter informieren ,dass ein Doppelbettlaken nötig ist ,wenn das Wäschepacket nicht gebucht wird.
Im Bad müssten mehr Haken bzw. eine Ablage bereitgestellt werden und der Schrank war nur mit 3 Kleiderbügeln bestückt.
Sonst alles BESTENS ,gern wieder 2024.

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, sogar mit seitlichen Meerblick aus dem Schlafzimmern. Wir hätten noch einen fünften Stuhl gebraucht, da wir zum Essen den Barhocker an den Tisch stellen müssten. Also vielleicht kann man einfach ein Hocker im Raum platzieren. An Küchengeräten war wirklich viel da, aber ein Meßbecher wäre noch schön.

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage und sogar seitlichen Meerblick aus den Schlafzimmern ??. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, allerdings hätten wir uns die ein bisschen sauberer gewünscht ( leider war in der Toilette noch alte Ablagerungen, aber nix was man nicht selber weg machen kann). An Haushaltsgeräten war sehr viel vorhanden, sogar ein Küchenmixer gab es, es wäre allerdings von Vorteil wenn ein Messbecher noch seinen Platz in der Küche findet. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel und auch auf der Couch könnte man gut zu zweit schlafen. Da wir zu fünft im Urlaub waren hatten wir leider ein kleines Stuhlproblem, es waren nur vier Stühle am Esstisch und wir mussten den Barhocker aus der Küche dazu stellen, vielleicht kann man irgendwo im Raum noch ein Hocker hinstellen. Wir haben uns trotz der kleinen Abstriche sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.
You find the information about the floor right below the pictures of the accommodation at the top of this page.
Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
